1. About Golden Himalayan Competition

Golden Himalayan Competition ("we", "us", "our") operates prize competitions where entrants pay a fee and answer a skill-based question for a chance to win prizes.

Our competitions are skill-based and are not lotteries or raffles. Entry requires correctly answering a question of skill. By entering any competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

• ✓You must be 18 years of age or older to enter any competition.
• ✓You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• ✓Employees of Golden Himalayan Competition and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• ✓By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
• ✓We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the requirements.

3. How to Enter

To enter a competition you must:

1. Select the number of entries you wish to purchase.
2. Provide your full name and a valid email address.
3. Answer the skill-based question correctly.
4. Complete payment via our secure checkout.

A free postal entry route is available for every competition. To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, email address, date of birth, the competition name, and your answer to the skill question to: Golden Himalayan Competition, [Your Address]. One free entry per person per competition.

4. Ticket Prices & Payments

Entry prices are displayed on each competition page. All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if a competition is cancelled by us. In the event of cancellation, all entrants will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Winners & Prizes

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (those with a correct answer to the skill question) after the competition closing date.

The draw will be conducted using a certified random number generator and may be live streamed.

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, unless otherwise stated.

Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days of the winner being confirmed. Delivery is fully insured and tracked.

6. Competition Closing Date

Each competition has a closing date displayed on its page. We reserve the right to extend or bring forward the closing date. If we extend the closing date, all existing entries remain valid.

If a competition does not reach the minimum number of entries required, we reserve the right to offer the winner a cash alternative equal to 75% of the ticket revenue received.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of administering competitions and contacting winners.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

By entering a competition, you consent to your name and general location being published if you are a winner (e.g. "Sarah M. from London").

8. Responsible Play

Our competitions are designed to be fun. Please enter responsibly and only spend what you can afford.

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Himalayan Competition shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in our competitions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
